This lesson is a really cute dog with a happy heart right on his side. There are step by step drawing instructions that are easy to follow. The kids will learn about line, shape,  and color as elements of art along with space as they learn how to draw things in the correct proportions to achieve an excellent composition. Painting techniques will be taught and the kids will choose what colors to make their dog and other things in the composition using tempera paint or watercolor. The kids will also learn about dogs and what makes dogs happy! Learning about Jesus as the best friend we'll ever have is the Bible focus.
